The following tasks are performed as part of our Construction Phase:

a. Safety: West Electric Group has an extensive safety program in place. Our full time Director of Safety and Safety Specialist coordinate with the entire project team to ensure safety is an integral part of the construction process from Pre-construction and forward. West Electric Group believes safety should be monitored by every employee within the company. That is why each person is empowered with authority to "Stop Work" for any unsafe conditions. This safety culture begins prior to construction through meetings and effective communication with management.

b. Project Management: The Project Manager provides input to the design on cost saving ideas, along with installation ideas and problems, while providing solutions to any problems. The Project Manager also performs the pre-construction services, resulting in less confusion and a consistent flow of information. The Project Manager provides support to all field personnel and will coordinate all submittals, shop drawings, coordinate drawings and delivery dates for the project, in conjunction with the Superintendent's input.

Supervision: Our field Superintendent handles all the day-to-day issues with the project and provide input and support to the General Constractor's supervisor. The Superintendent along with the Project Manager review on a weekly basis, the cost of the project compared to the budgets, the project schedule and provide alternatives for any possible problems that may arise.

d. Coordination: The Project Manager and the Superintendents perform all coordination with the General contractor and the design team regarding budgeting and ability to construct. The Field Superintendent deals with field coordination issues and the Project Manager handles all the office coordination to help support the field personnel.

e. Value Engineering: West Electric Group provides any and all cost saving iseas to the design and construction teams to make sure all angles have been reviewed and that all parties are satisfied with the final product.
